A delegation of foreign ministers led by the Organization of American States' secretary-general arrived Monday in Honduras in an effort to restore ousted President Jose Manuel Zelaya, pictured, to office.

The criminal charges against Zelaya were filed by the country's attorney general and cannot be disregarded because there are no applicable laws to the contrary, the court said. The charges against Zelaya include treason and abuse of power, the document said.
